Boro Workshop with Adidas

Last week, we had a chance to host a Boro Workshop for folks from Adidas.

Boro can be literally translated to "rags," or "scraps of cloth" in Japanese. Boro is a symbol of a "use everything and waste nothing" philosophy. At Kiriko, We believe fabric is everything, and that textiles tell a story.

During the workshop, people used scraps of fabrics to create their own patchwork pieces, using their personal tastes and choices, each creations turned out to be unique.

Some people brought bags, denim, t-shirt, and hoodie to the workshop, and the final result turn out amazing!
